See the attached boundary survey. In this copy, the house is shifted a little to the right. In the final copy it is a few feet farther to the left, so the house will actually be more centered left-to-right.Crawford Preliminary Plot Plan
As shown on the survey, the property is 165 feet wide at the front and back, and it is 897 feet deep, for a total of 3.40 acres!
We are building the house 372 feet back off the road, leaving 525 feet of back yard!
